Yes we took a picture of the recipe because we were so tired of taking notes!!! Naomi did not give us exact measurements of each herb but I would start with a tablespoon of each. You do want the butter to cover the herbs completely. If you do not have all of these dried herbs handy you can go here –
Historically damiana has been used to relieve anxiety, nervousness, and mild depression, especially if these symptoms have a sexual component. The herb is also used as a general tonic to improve wellness. Aphrodisiac.
Damiana has also been used traditionally to improve digestion and to treat constipation, as in larger doses it is thought to have a mild laxative effect. ***So go easy on this herb***
Rosemary is a brain tonic! Also good for depression, headaches, digestive aid. The smell alone is uplifting and invigorating!
The calming herb, lavender is good for stress, anxiety, exhaustion, irritability,headaches, colds, digestion, breath freshener, nervousness. Lavender is one of my top choices for aromatic herbs as you can probably tell that from previous posts. 🙂
