Well the week is over, how did everyone do? I hope it helped you make some positive changes to your eating habits. Even just baby steps will benefit your health, your family and your pocketbook. As for me, I will continue my goal to get through this year and possibly many more without fast food. My child, however, continues to desire his occasional craving for Wendy’s or McDonald’s and that is ok because it is nothing compared to past years of eating it a few days a week!
