So I am excited beacause I harvested bunches of radishes and alittle lettuce and basil! I probably should not have planted my radish seeds all at once since I am about to have oh…30 or so radishes at once! Not everyone like to eat radishes raw so I found a very easy recipe to roast them in the oven and they come out yummy ,tender and mild.
Just cut up the small radishes in half or larger onces can be quartered, add a few carrots cut up, pour some extra virgin olive oil over them(not too much), sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper. Roast in the oven at 450o for 20 minutes. YUM!
